SHIPPING/RETURNS

SHIPPING

Postage within Australia is charged at a flat rate of $8.50 for orders below $85.00. Postage within Australia is included free of charge for orders over $85.00.

Express postage is available at checkout for a flat rate of $15.00 Australia-wide. Although most deliveries will arrive within 2 days we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

International postage is available at a flat rate of $25.00. We do not accept responsibility of any export and import documentation, duties, taxes or any costs relating to the delivery of International orders.

All parcels are sent via courier or Australia Post with tracking.  Please allow 24-48 business hours for your order to be shipped as well as 3-5 business days for your order to be delivered within Australia and up to 3 weeks for International orders. Postage delays may occur during peak periods.

If you have not received your order within 10 business days (or 15 business dates for International orders) please contact us via email so we are able to contact the shipping courier on your behalf.

Please ensure all postage details are correct including addressee, email address, contact number and postage address. Our Joey will not be responsible for any delays due to incorrect postage details.

If you are unavailable to sign on delivery a card will be left by our courier for you to arrange a redelivery or to collect from your local post office. If a redelivery has not been arranged or the parcel has not been collected it will be returned to us and a redelivery fee of $8.50 will apply.

RETURNS

In the rare instance your item arrives and it is the incorrect sizing or faulty please contact us within 48 hours via email including your order number along with a photo of the incorrect/faulty item. We will aim to send a replacement via Express post at our expense; if this is not suitable you will be offered a Credit note or a full refund. Unfortunately we are unable to accept requests beyond 48 hours of delivery.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for any items purchased at a discounted or sale price. If the item has arrived damaged and we are unable to replace we will offer a Credit note.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for general wear and tear.

All delivery costs are non-refundable. AfterPay order refunds will attract a 6% + 30c processing fee which will be deducted from your refund.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

For your peace of mind we do allow exchanges within 7 days on all of our products, this can be due to change of mind, incorrect size ordered or any other reason! If you would like to arrange an exchange please click here to complete our Exchange form.

All items must be returned in brand new, unused condition including all original packaging and tags. We are more than happy for your little to try on the clothing to check sizing but please ensure no marks are made or tags are removed, as we will be unable to exchange in this case.

Postage costs for all exchanges are at your expense. We strongly recommend using registered postage which includes a tracking number as we will not be responsible for any loss, damage or delays.

Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your exchange once it has arrived with us. A credit note will be issued via email for the original product price (delivery costs will not be included). You will be able to use this credit note on our website to reorder. All credit notes are valid for 12 months.
